1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Onion Mill LLC, the operator of the StashPay Bitcoin Wallet (the “Service”).
1.2 By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2.1 The Service is currently in beta version, and there is a risk of losing funds due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
2.2 Users are advised to exercise caution when using the Service and to take appropriate measures to secure their funds.
3.1 Onion Mill LLC or its related companies shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by Users due to the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost Bitcoin, transaction failures, transaction fees, or other technical issues.
4.1 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Wallet passwords, private keys, and other account information.
4.2 Users are responsible for taking appropriate security measures to protect their account information and devices used to access the Service.
4.3 Users are advised to backup their private keys and other sensitive information to prevent loss of funds.
4.4 Users are responsible to pay any taxes, duties, and assessments now or hereafter claimed or imposed by any government authority, associated with the use of the Service.
5.1 StashPay may charge transaction fees for sending and receiving Bitcoin through the Service. Fees will be disclosed in advance and are subject to change.
6.1 Users may integrate the Service with external applications using the API provided by StashPay.
6.2 Users must obtain StashPay’s prior written consent before using the API for commercial purposes.
7.1 StashPay may terminate or suspend the User’s access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
7.2 Upon termination, Users shall withdraw their funds and immediately cease using the Service.
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States of America.
9.1 You represent and warrant that you are using the Service in accordance with applicable law, and not for any purpose not in compliance with applicable law, including but not limited to illegal gambling, fraud, money laundering or terrorist activities.
9.2 Availability and your use of the Service is subject to international export controls, economic sanctions requirements, or any other jurisdictional limitations. You agree that you will comply with those requirements. You are not permitted to use the Service if: (1) you are in, under the control of, or a national or resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria or any other country subject to United States embargo or UN sanctions (a “Sanctioned Country”), or if you are a person on the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List, Unverified List or Entity List, (a “Sanctioned Person”); or (2) you intend to supply any Digital Assets in a Wallet to a Sanctioned Country (or a national or resident of a Sanctioned Country) or Sanctioned Person.
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
11.1 StashPay may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Service. Users shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms by continuing to use the Service.
12.1 Users may contact StashPay support by email at support@onionmill.com or through the Service’s support feature.
By accessing or using the StashPay Bitcoin Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and to take appropriate measures to secure your funds.
